Concert: Bossa Nova Classics and Originals with Minas Duo In-Person

Based in Philadelphia for a great part of their career, Minas has been on the forefront of world music and Brazilian Jazz in the Northeast for the past 38 years. Led by the couple Orlando and Patricia Haddad, Minas has recorded and released 8 CDs, 7 of them in Philadelphia. Their latest, “Beatles in Bossa”, reached #1 and was among the 10 best Latin Jazz albums in 2022, on Roots Music Report. Minas has performed in many major national venues including Lincoln Center in NY, Kennedy Center in DC, and The Kimmel Center in Philadelphia.
