Author Talk: Bella Filglia della Mamma In-Person

Join author Lorraine Haddock and illustrator Schuyler McClain for a reading and discussion of the book Bella Figlia della Mamma, Mamma's Beautiful Daughter. The story is told in both English and Italian, highlighting the bond between mothers and daughters. It emphasizes the culture and traditions carried from Italy to America and celebrates the story of love across generations. The story is based on the true story of Lorraine's grandparents. During the presentation, attendees will view handmade Italian linens, a copper water vessel, and family photographs.
The book is beautifully illustrated with watercolor paintings.
