Spice Grab and Go: Coriander
Available while supplies last.
Stop by the Information Desk between 9:30am-5pm to pickup a Spice Grab and Go. This month, we're featuring Coriander. Ground coriander can be compared to ground ginger due to its intense bright citrus flavor and undertones of pepperiness. It pairs well with sweet-warm spices like nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. It's a great addition to sweet or savory dishes. Cilantro and coriander seeds come from the same plant, but are very different in flavor and purpose and can not used interchangeably.
Please note, this spice was packaged in a facility with nuts. Please do not use if you have a nut allergy.
