Culture 4 Kids Presentation on Peru In-Person
For children ages 4 - 10.
Registration is required.
TAB volunteer Maya Saltzman presents a Culture 4 Kids presentation on Peru that includes a variety of engaging activities. A reading of Alpaca Pati's Fancy Fleece by Tracey Kyle, a presentation highlighting the significance of alpacas in Peruvian culture and the weaving process, and a hands-on craft where children create their own alpaca using pom-poms, a cardstock alpaca outline, decorative fabrics, yarn, and other materials.
