Spice Grab and Go: Ras el Hanout
Available while supplies last next to the Info Desk.
Arabic for 'head of the shop', this ancient spice blend is rich, colorful, and aromatic. The spice mix can be found in Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco. It is commonly used for flavoring grilled lamb, tagines, and couscous. While the mixture can vary by region, some of the spices it may include are cumin, cubeb pepper, ginger, nutmeg, turmeric, cinnamon, fenugreek, and green anise.
This spice was processed in a facility containing nuts. Do not consume if you have a nut allergy.
