Virtual Wellness Wednesdays: A Summary of the Eight Dimensions of Wellness

There are eight components of Wellness defined by SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) and we will examine them while suggesting ways to achieve them for better life-balance and stress reduction. This week we will discuss all components of wellness covered over the course of the series.
