Elder Law Presentation In-Person

This program will address issues of estate planning and the legal documents you need to protect yourself, what happens if you need guardianship for a spouse or partner, and when you need to consult a Medicaid attorney (in depth Medicaid advice will not be provided). We will also touch on unmarried relationships and protecting each other's interest in property, as well as resources about elder abuse and keeping yourself, your friends, and loved ones safe.
