Join us for a discussion on the Battle of Red Bank and the Red Bank Archaeology Project.
 
Speaker Jen Janofsky, Ph.D. is the Giordano Fellow in Public History at Rowan University and Director of Red Bank Battlefield Park. She is the co-director of the Red Bank Archaeology Project which made headlines around the world in 2022 with the discovery of a Hessian mass burial. Janofsky earned her Ph.D. from Temple University where she studied Early American History and Public History. She is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the McNeil Center for Early American Studies at the University of Pennsylvania. At Red Bank Battlefield Park, she is responsible for all aspects of park interpretation including public programs and tours.
 
This is the first New Jersey History Speaks lecture for the 2025-2026 season.
