To help celebrate the 250th birthday, Historical Society President Linda Vizi, and past President Lenny Wagner, will present "Revolutionary Tales of Moorestown". How did the Marquis de Lafayette find himself spending the night at the Smith-Cadbury Mansion in 1777? What connection did Moorestown have to one of the co-conspirators of Benedict Arnold? Who were some of the Moorestonians who fought in the American Revolution? Who were George and Anthony Hollinshead and how did they end up in Canada?
