Laughter Yoga In-Person

Join us for Laughter Yoga!

Laughter Yoga is a gentle, playful practice that helps reduce stress, boost energy, and increase joy.

Despite the name, it doesn’t involve yoga poses. The “yoga” comes from mindful breathing and light movement, combined with playful exercises that encourage natural, sustained laughter. Sessions include simple activities, breathing exercises, and lots of intentional laughter in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.

It’s easy and accessible for everyone—you can even participate from a chair. You don’t need to be flexible or funny to join.

Regular laughter and deep breathing can help improve mood, promote a positive outlook, and support overall well-being. No experience is needed—just a willingness to laugh.

Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle if you’d like. Feel free to bring a yoga mat or beach towel to use instead of a chair.
