Yoga for Well-Being with Dianna Cortorreal In-Person
Join Dianna Cortorreal, founder of The Oceanic Yogi, for a gentle and nourishing yoga experience. Inspired by the calming rhythms of the ocean, this class invites participants to move with ease, breathe deeply, and reconnect with a sense of inner balance.
The practice emphasizes mobility, balance, and relaxation, using a combination of seated and standing poses along with light stretching to support joint health and overall comfort. Each session concludes with a soothing relaxation, accompanied by the soft, rhythmic sounds of an ocean drum, creating a peaceful environment for body and mind.
This class is especially welcoming for those seeking a slower-paced, accessible practice, including individuals with limited mobility or anyone looking for a more supportive approach to movement. No experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing. There will be a limited amount of mats to borrow if you are unable to bring your own.
