Virtual Chair Yoga Online

Join Debbie and Simran Ransi to learn gentle yoga exercises that can be done while seated in or supported by a chair.  This class will teach the basics:  guided breathing, simple physical stretches, and meditation.  The yoga exercises are safe and accessible for all levels.  Debbie has been teaching Mat Yoga, Chair Yoga and Mindful Meditation for 15 years.  Her daughter, Simran, recently received her certification to teach Chair Yoga and is excited to also be teaching this form of exercise.  This program will be conducted on Zoom. You will receive a link to the meeting a day prior to the event.
